Welcome to the consultation website for the regeneration of Churchill Quarter in Bromley.
Countryside Properties has been working towards bringing forward the regeneration of Churchill Quarter since February 2017 and having held an extensive pre-application consultation process which included exhibition events and meetings with local groups, submitted a full planning application in May 2018.
This was then followed by a post submission consultation in July 2018.
Since the submission of the application the design has evolved to redistribute and break up the massing and increase the amount of green space and public realm on offer to the town centre.
Overall, the project will contribute to the borough’s housing supply including affordable housing, boost the town centre’s economy by providing space for local businesses to thrive and deliver improvements to the public realm and visual amenity of the area.

We are presenting updated information at two consultation events on Thursday 23rd September and Saturday 25th September at our consultation shop so please drop in and see us!
We will be showing our latest designs for the redevelopment of the Churchill Quarter and members of the design team will be available to answer any questions you may have.
